Refund Policy

We aim for complete transparency. Please read our refund terms regarding digital top-ups, gift cards, and subscriptions.

Introduction

Since EZEY Gaming Store is offering non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods (such as game top-ups, gift cards, and subscription codes), we do not generally issue refunds after the product has been delivered or processed. You acknowledge this prior to purchasing any product on our website.

Please make sure that you've carefully read the product description, checked region locks, and provided the correct Player ID/UID before making a purchase.

When do we issue a refund?

We only consider refund requests under the following specific circumstances:

Non-Delivery of Product

If your order is not delivered due to a server downtime, stock issue, or technical API failure on our end.

Invalid Code Provided

If the gift card or subscription code provided is completely invalid (subject to verification with the publisher).

No Refund Exceptions

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • You provided the wrong Player ID, UID, or Zone ID for a direct game top-up. (Credits sent to the wrong ID cannot be reversed).
  • You purchased a region-locked gift card for the wrong country (e.g., buying a US PSN card for a TR account).
  • You changed your mind after the code has been viewed or the top-up has been successfully processed.
  • You redeemed the code successfully but claim it didn't work (we verify the exact redemption time with the publishers).

How to request a refund?

If you believe your situation qualifies for a refund due to a technical error on our end, please follow these steps:

    Open a Support Ticket

    Navigate to your dashboard and open a new ticket with the subject "Refund Request".

    Provide Evidence

    Include your order ID, payment proof, and a detailed explanation (including screenshots) of the issue.

    Wait for Review

    Our team will review your request with the respective game publishers and get back to you within 24-48 hours.
