Please read these terms carefully before using our website or purchasing our digital top-ups and gift cards.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using EZEY Gaming Store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site to purchase game credits, gift cards, or subscriptions.
2. Digital Products & Delivery
We provide digital products in the form of direct game top-ups, redeemable gift card codes, and subscription credentials.
- Direct Top-ups: You are strictly responsible for providing the correct Player ID, UID, or Zone ID. We cannot reverse or refund transactions that were delivered successfully to a wrong ID provided by the user.
- Gift Cards & Codes: Digital codes are displayed in your dashboard and/or sent via email upon successful payment. Please safeguard your codes, as we are not responsible for codes redeemed by unauthorized parties after delivery.
3. Regional Restrictions
Many digital gift cards and subscriptions are region-locked (e.g., US Google Play cards can only be redeemed on US accounts). It is the user's sole responsibility to ensure that the product region matches their account region before purchasing. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for region-mismatched purchases.
4. Pricing & Wallet Balances
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice due to currency fluctuations and publisher pricing changes.
If you deposit funds into your EZEY Gaming Store Wallet, those funds are non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn as fiat currency. They can only be used to purchase products within our platform.
5. Fraud & Account Termination
We have a zero-tolerance policy for fraud. If we detect suspicious activity, chargebacks, unauthorized payment methods, or attempts to exploit our automated API systems, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate your account without notice. Any wallet balances remaining in a suspended account due to fraudulent activity may be forfeited.
6. Limitation of Liability
EZEY Gaming Store acts as a reseller/distributor for digital credits and is not directly affiliated with the game publishers or brands (e.g., Tencent, Garena, Netflix, Sony) unless explicitly stated. We are not responsible for any actions taken by game publishers against your account, including bans resulting from terms violations on their respective platforms.
